NOTICE: I'm a resident of Sunalta that has been organizing resident-driven community building experiences since May 2020 as a volunteer (not paid)... I do it as part of my community investment.

By participating in this community building experience, you are not eligible to register for the next two community building experiences that I offer at Sunalta Heritage Hall (or Community Hub).

This is a rule, in 2026, that I'm implementing to ensure as many people to enjoy the "high value" of connection, collaboration, and growth that these community building experiences offer... and of course the content (whether it be crafting, food related, wellness related, woodworking, Indigenous culture, etc).

In this FREE community building experience you’ll make your own 7 Sacred Teachings Hoodie with guidance, and storytelling from Indigenous Artist/Facilitator Bobbi Jo Helle (Cree/Beaver)

The 7 Sacred Teachings Hoodie is a unique, and meaningful garment that beautifully represents the wisdom, and values of Indigenous cultures.

Share the teachings with others in a stylish, and powerful manner. By wearing this hoodie, you’ll embody the teachings (unity, harmony, and interconnectedness) in your everyday life.

You’ll select one teaching to wear proudly. Hoodie, and Heat Transfer materials provided… you bring a few small items to complete this project.

Light meal and beverage provided.
