Join ADK naturalists on a birding walk around the Heart Lake Program Center. During this program we will use our binoculars, patience and observational skills to point out our migratory and resident species. This walk is for beginner birders and anybody looking to have a hoot!
ADK will provide birding pamphlets and a limited number of binoculars for participants to use.
Participants should come dressed in appropriate attire to recreate in a variety of different weather and trail conditions.
This program is open to all ages, but children must be supervised.
The Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK) welcomes people of all backgrounds and is committed to fostering a safe space for everyone to learn.
Note: Registration, while not mandatory, is highly encouraged to enable the instructor to best prepare.
