2026 SUMMER CAMP WEEK 7:
In this class students will learn how to make their own animated character! They will gain a basic understanding of ‘the animation pipeline’, through the lens of character design. Classes will focus on learning the key principles through interactive drawing activities, and by analyzing and watching modern cartoons! By the end of the class, all students will have their own characters with a unique story and personality.
If students have a iPad/tablet they draw on, it is encouraged to bring that in, although it is not necessary.
Please pack a lunch, snack, beverage in an insulated lunch bag, and wear comfortable clothing that they can get messy in.
