Streamline your workflow

Discover how you can effectively manage your enterprise assets (EAM) and IT assets (ITSM) and leverage your CMDB capabilities with a live instructor. You’ll learn how you can work with object schemas to create and manage object types, attributes, and objects, as well as run searches and generate reports. You’ll also learn to configure Assets automation and integrate with external systems to import data into Assets.

This course is designed for Assets users, Assets managers, Assets administrators, service project administrators, and other members of incident response teams such as IT ops managers, IT support managers, technical leads, developers, site reliability engineers, network engineers, and more.

Before taking this course, we suggest you are familiar with Jira Service Management and Jira automation.

Participants will complete hands-on exercises in a dedicated sandbox environment. Access to the sandbox will remain available for up to two weeks following the course. A course workbook will be provided.

The schedule includes one 45-minute break and several 10-minute breaks throughout the day.

After this course, you will be able to:

  • access to an individual Atlassian Cloud learning environment for at least one month after the course.
  • an Atlassian lab workbook designed for this course.
• Within 1 business day of registering, Sketch will send you a calendar invitation for the live virtual session.
• Cloud learning environments will be distributed within 1 week of the scheduled course, and lab workbooks come with the calendar invitation.
