Earning your Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification will give you the tools and confidence to conduct a thorough market analysis and make pricing recommendations informed by the best available data and analysis.
**Florida licensees will earn 6 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion. All REALTOR® attendees will receive credit towards the PSA Certification.
How to Earn Your PSA Certification
Step 1: Be a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®
Step 2: Complete the one-day course Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA.
Step 3: Submit your application and the "One-Time" application fee of $179.
Please note that there is a one-time credentialing fee for earning the official certification.
