Because of the strong turnout and positive response to our previous workshop, we're offering a second sensitivity training session. If you were not able attend the first, we focused on interactive drills designed to build reflex speed, tactile awareness, structural control and smooth transitions. This upcoming session will continue developing those skills and help you become more confident in close-range combat.
