Join me for an IN-PERSON course that will satisfy the 4 hr CE Elective course, Fair Housing Triennial, and Code Of Ethics Triennial requirements. Lunch provided as well.

This course will provide an overview of the framework of:

• REALTORS®’ Code of Ethics, beginning with the aspirational concepts of the Preamble, then moving to the current Articles and Standards of Practice, and finishing with methods of enforcement.
• Participants will then examine existing Fair Housing legislation with a focus on identifying protected classes, exploring the neurological basis of implicit bias, and strategies for effectively avoiding biased behavior in our real estate practice.
