In this class, we'll explore the fundamentals of DNA, epigenetics, and inheritance, and how they interact with traumatic experiences. We'll also look at different ways trauma can show up across generations.
Questions that will guide us include:
- How do traumatic experiences change our DNA?
- Can these changes be passed down to offspring?
- How does passed down trauma present itself?
