- Maintaining compliance through inspection, repair and testing
- Identifying component wear beyond basic visual inspection
- Hook and Chain inspection and assessment for discard
- Hook repair and replacement
- Chain port and External chain guides inspection and replacement
- Brake inspection, Repair and Testing
- Friction clutch inspection, testing and re-setting
- Diagnosing common mechanical and electrical symptoms
- Spare part identification and ordering
