EXE Rise Advanced Maintenance
This two‑day hands‑on course expands on the fundamentals covered in the Basic Maintenance (Level 1 programme) and teaches additional maintenance skills required of a competent lifting equipment maintenance technician.

  • Maintaining compliance through inspection, repair and testing
  • Identifying component wear beyond basic visual inspection
  • Hook and Chain inspection and assessment for discard
  • Hook repair and replacement
  • Chain port and External chain guides inspection and replacement
  • Brake inspection, Repair and Testing
  • Friction clutch inspection, testing and re-setting
  • Diagnosing common mechanical and electrical symptoms
  • Spare part identification and ordering
