Due to the 1:1 nature of this shop session, and limited time available for each individual session, these Ticket Resolution sessions are targeted towards those issues than can be resolved in that 1-hour context (or in two combined 1-hour sessions).

This session is intended primarily for those who have opened a support ticket with the DBC by sending an email to support@durhambikecoop.org. If you have any questions about how much time might be required, please contact us first to make sure your issue can be resolved within the time available.

Sign-up and Membership required for assistance. Our volunteers schedule their time specifically to help. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent them from being able to assist someone else.

We strongly encourage everyone to get vaccinated. Vaccination is required to come inside the shop for this event.
