The Sprout New Hire Onboarding Training is a structured, week-long virtual program designed to welcome and prepare new employees for a successful start within the organization. This onboarding experience focuses on building a strong foundation by introducing participants to the company’s values, culture, safety practices, and operational expectations.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in interactive sessions led by experienced trainers and experts. The training will cover key areas such as workplace policies, health and safety standards, role-specific expectations, and an overview of internal systems and processes. In addition, employees will gain insights into organizational structure, communication protocols, and performance expectations to support a smooth transition into their roles.

This onboarding is designed to be practical and engaging, allowing new hires to ask questions, connect with team members, and develop confidence in their day-to-day responsibilities. By the end of the program, participants will have a clear understanding of their role, workplace expectations, and the resources available to support their success.
