BABY Yoga + Playtime at The Bright Spot!
Best for littles 0–2 and their caregivers and siblings 💛

🦋 Join us for a playful, heart-centered experience where babies and their caregivers can move, breathe, and connect together!

We’ll begin with a 20–25 minute yoga class designed especially for this age, including gentle poses for caregivers, simple movements babies can participate in (especially as they grow and become more active), and interactive poses you can do with or alongside your baby.

We’ll explore ways to model regulation, build connection, and create moments of joy and play—all while moving together. It’s a beautiful shared experience for both of you ✨

After yoga, families can stay and enjoy 15–20 minutes of open playtime at The Bright Spot—a chance for littles to explore, play, and continue the fun together!

This class is:
• A special space for families to share quality time
• Designed to build calm, confidence, and connection through yoga and mindfulness
• Supportive, playful, and accessible—no yoga experience needed (and no need to be “zen”!)
• All wiggles, moods, and baby sounds welcome

Yoga mats are provided! Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move and play together 💛
