Join us for this month’s Bumps & Babies support group.
May is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month. We will be joined by Licensed Mental Health Therapist Ally Stover to discuss taking care of your mental health in pregnancy and postpartum.
This meetup is:
A warm, relaxed space to connect
Welcoming to pregnant folks and parents with babies in arms
Centered around conversation, community, and learning from one another
Think of it as a cozy hour where you can ask questions, share what's going on at home, or simply soak in encouragement from people who understand the season you're in.
Come exactly as you are — babies, burp cloths, messy buns, and all.
Registration is not required, but appreciated!
