The NICU journey can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Our NICU Support Group is a space for parents and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and find encouragement from others who truly understand.
This group is facilitated by NICU mom and experienced doula Paige Diaz, who understands firsthand the emotions and challenges that NICU families face.
Whether your baby is currently in the NICU or you’re navigating life after bringing them home, we’re here to support you.
Registration is not required, but appreciated!
