Be Kind to Your Mind at Work: Practical Tools for Real Life - with Julia Grace | Keynote speaker, Author, Mental Health Educator
This is a practical, down-to-earth mental health session designed for women navigating change and stepping back into the workforce.
The session is built around four key pillars:
• Understand Your Brain – why we think, feel and respond the way we do under stress
• Act Early – recognising the early signs and stepping in before things escalate
• Plan Your Support – building the right support around you
• Build Sustainable Wellbeing – small, realistic practices that actually last
The session is interactive, relatable, and focused on giving people tools they can use straight away.
Wednesday 3 June 2026.
