*Act 48 Eligible - Please be sure to bring your PPID Number for the sign in sheet.
This professional development session helps educators understand the neuroscience of regulation and its direct impact on student learning, behavior, and classroom success.
Participants will explore how stress, cognitive overload, and nervous system responses affect attention, executive functioning, and emotional regulation for both students and teachers. Through simulations, reflection, and practical application, educators will learn strategies for recognizing dysregulation, using co-regulation, and designing classroom routines and instruction that promote stability, engagement, and learning readiness.
Aligned with MTSS, UDL, and the Danielson Framework, this session provides actionable tools to reduce behavioral escalation, strengthen classroom climate, and create learning environments where all students can thrive.
