BUILDING A SUCCESSFUL CLASSROOM FROM DAY 1 OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

This interactive Act 48 professional development session helps educators set the tone for a successful school year by establishing high expectations, building a positive classroom culture, and implementing clear routines and procedures from day one.

Participants will experience a modeled “Day 1” classroom using an adaptable slideshow that demonstrates strategies for welcoming students, teaching expectations, and creating a strong sense of community. Educators will leave with practical, ready-to-use resources and actionable strategies to confidently launch their classroom and support student success from the very first day of the school year!
