This professional development session helps educators boost student engagement, independence, and motivation by embedding meaningful student choice into daily classroom routines and instruction.

Participants will explore practical, classroom-tested strategies for creating learning environments where students take ownership of their work while maintaining structure, accountability, and productivity. Through reflection and application, educators will gain actionable ideas to support student voice, increase engagement, and improve learning outcomes across grade levels and content areas.
