SMALL SHIFTS, BIG IMPACT: MICRO-STRATEGIES THAT TRANSFORM CLASSROOM CULTURE IN MINUTES

*Act 48 Eligible - Please be sure to bring your PPID Number for the sign in sheet.

This professional development session helps educators improve classroom culture, engagement, and instructional efficiency through small, intentional instructional shifts rather than new programs or initiatives.

Participants will explore how everyday “micro-moments” such as routines, transitions, directions, and corrections shape student behavior, independence, and classroom flow. Through reflection and application, educators will learn practical strategies to reduce cognitive load, strengthen Tier 1 instruction, and create clearer, more predictable learning environments that support both student success and teacher sustainability.

Aligned with MTSS, UDL, and the Danielson Framework, this session provides realistic, immediately applicable tools for creating lasting improvements through simple, high-impact changes.
