Manual Handling Training
The Manual Handling Training session is designed to provide employees with the essential knowledge and understanding required to safely perform manual handling activities in the workplace. Manual handling tasks—including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving loads—form a routine part of many roles and, if carried out incorrectly, can result in injury and long‑term health issues.
This virtual training focuses on the principles of safe manual handling, risk awareness, and injury prevention. It emphasizes the importance of correct posture, load assessment, and task planning to minimize physical strain and reduce the likelihood of musculoskeletal injuries. The session also highlights individual responsibilities and safe work practices in line with workplace health and safety expectations.
