Turn your kitchen into a language lab! This 10-week online course invites young chefs to whip up delicious, simple snacks while immersing themselves in the target language. We believe that the best way to learn a language isn't by looking at a textbook, but by doing something tasty.

How It Works

Each week, we’ll tackle a "no-stove" or "minimal-prep" snack. As we slice, spread, and assemble, we’ll use our target language to discuss flavors, kitchen tools, and healthy habits. By linking new vocabulary to the senses of smell and taste, students build stronger neural pathways for long-term language retention.

On the Menu

Parents will receive a Weekly Ingredient Roadmap before the course begins. These recipes are designed to be kid-friendly and use common household staples. Examples of what we might whip up include:

• Fruit Architecture: Creating 3D shapes with grapes and toothpicks.
• Power Bites: Rolling "no-bake" energy balls.
• Garden Toasts: Designing edible landscapes with veggies and spreads.
• The Dip Discovery: Mixing savory yogurts or hummus from scratch.

The "Open Mic" Kitchen

Because this is a social, conversational class, we operate with an "Always On" microphone policy. We want to hear the kids describing their snacks in real-time!

To make this successful, we ask that students set up their "kitchen station" in a quiet space away from background noise (like TVs or loud appliances). This allows everyone to keep their microphones unmuted, fostering a natural, flowing conversation where kids can joke, help one another, and practice their speaking skills without interruption.
