Healthcare environments demand sustained focus, emotional steadiness, and the ability to perform under pressure — often at the cost of personal wellbeing. The SKY Wellbeing Program offers a practical, clinically-informed approach to managing that load.

Delivered by SKY Institute for Health Ltd, this program is built around a structured breathing and meditation protocol designed to regulate the nervous system and support mental wellbeing. Backed by peer-reviewed research in mental health and neuroscience, the techniques have been clinically studied and shown to reduce stress, anxiety, burnout, and insomnia.

Program format:

• 9 hours total, delivered across 3 guided sessions
• Practical, easy to integrate into a working schedule
• Includes guided sessions, take-home techniques, and ongoing follow-up support

• Thursday 11th June: 5 pm - 8 pm
• Friday 12th June: 5 pm - 8 pm
• Saturday 13th June: 9 am - 12 pm
