This hands-on training session is designed to provide employees with practical knowledge and operational understanding of grinding processes, equipment handling, and workplace safety procedures within the organizational environment. 
The training will focus on the proper use of grinding tools and equipment, safe operating techniques, hazard awareness, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures related to grinding activities. Participants will also receive guidance on safe material handling, spark control, equipment inspection, housekeeping expectations, and maintaining a safe working environment while performing grinding-related tasks. 
The session includes both theoretical instruction and practical shop-floor demonstrations to help employees understand correct grinding practices, improve operational efficiency, and reduce workplace risks. Employees will be guided through real workplace scenarios, common operational concerns, and safe work expectations applicable to daily production activities.
