Kinky Writing Club: Intro Session
Go Deep. Focus Inwards.
Our Focus:
It's the kinky writing club you wish you had in school!
For our first session, we'll meet and discuss expectations and how we want to shape this group going forward.
---
What To Bring:
We request that you bring at least one snippet of kink-oriented writing to share with the group, either through passing it around as a silent reading, or read aloud to the group.
This can be as long as a Fet writing or as short as a few lines of poetry. Fiction, non-fiction, and poetry are all welcome. Longer works (such as multi-chapter stories or linked Fet writings) are also welcome, but we may not have time for every attendee to consume your work.
How To Behave:
Please disclose before you share your writing whether you are looking for active constructive feedback (and if so, what type) or just a venue for sharing. Ask permission before tearing someone's work apart!
Due to the nature of the medium, laptops, tablets, and notebooks are all welcome, but we request you close all unrelated programs and keep all distracting bloops to a minimum.
Arrive prepared to share your writing with us!
Our Boundaries:
- Our subject matter is tasteful but always 18+
- Show up on time. Doors open 15 minutes prior to class start. Doors lock once the event begins. Late attendance not guaranteed.
- Do not share the address with non-attendees. Respect our privacy or you may be banned from future events.
- Keep RSVPs accurate. Our space is limited. Let us know if you are suddenly unable to attend.
- Our vibe is sacred. So are all forms of sexual and gender expression. Please treat both with respect.
- The form our bodies take are irrelevant to our inherent worth. Intolerance will be untolerated.
