Sojourner Truth School for Social Change Leadership

If you’ve participated in anti-racism training, you’ve probably heard the messages – time to dismantle everything! Let’s burn it all down and start over! We often leave with passion and insight, but probably not the specifics of what to do. This workshop will help participants learn to notice and identify how the characteristics of white supremacy culture (WSC) are built into our organizations, institutions, businesses, funding requirements, HR practices, policies, and systems. We will interrogate how WSC can be dismantled and replaced with policies and practices that promote liberation.
