WordArt/SAT Vocabulary (Part 1 - Wednesday Class): $400 per year + $50 Material Fee

There is a $50 materials fee with this class that covers the accompanying tutor-produced custom curriculum workbook that will be distributed at the eXtend Orientation on Thursday, September 10.

This SAT/PSAT Vocabulary-building course is appropriate for students in grades 5 through 12.

Using PowerPoint images, WordArt (Part 1) teaches the 425 vocabulary words contained in Princeton Review’s WordSmart text. This method is both effective and efficient as it connects the students' drawings to the definition, thereby improving and expanding vocabulary. Using this image-based approach cements the definition in their minds, making learning easy and fun! Students are provided a workbook containing all words for both Parts 1 & 2, as well as accompanying hand-drawn pictures, along with definitions, phonetic spelling, and examples of usage.

Registration is finalized once the non-refundable $90 per student fee is paid. This amount covers the $50 workbook fee and $40 applied towards tuition.
