Sacred Rest is a guided workshop for those feeling mentally, emotionally, or spiritually depleted—not just tired, but overextended in ways sleep doesn’t fix.
We’ll explore rest as more than recovery.
Rest as alignment.
Rest as healing.
Rest as a return to yourself, your body, and your peace.
In this experience, you’ll be invited to:
- Release the pressure of constant productivity
- Understand rest as a spiritual and nervous system practice
- Learn why stillness can feel unsafe—and how to gently shift that
- Experience guided practices for grounding and restoration
- Reconnect with rhythms that support sustainable wellbeing
We’ll explore different forms of rest—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, sensory, social, creative—and what it looks like to actually live in rhythm instead of burnout.
Reflection we’ll sit with:
What if rest isn’t something you earn… but something you were created to need?
