Christian Walking Club

The aim of this event will be to walk a section of the Wales Coast Path, from just North of Borth to Aberaeron, with a possible option to walk to New Quay. This area boasts of stunning scenery looking out over Cardigan Bay, which is renowned for its marine life and sea birds. The terrain is varied but will include some considerable ups and downs. We may see some seals, porpoises and possibly some dolphins which have been spotted in this area. Due to the Linear nature of the walks, we will use local buses to take us to the beginning and sometimes returning to base.

There are plenty of accommodation options in Aberystwyth, from Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts and University Rooms. You will need to book this yourself.

We will aim to meet each evening to discuss the walk the following day we will also aim to eat together in the evening using local restaurants and pubs. Lengths of walks will vary with distances approximately between 9 and 11 miles on day one and two and a shorter walk on day 3 with an option to extend. If you do want the longer option on Day 3 you may need to book an extra night's accommodation.
