CANVAS Dance Arts

Hip Hop I : A fun approach to hip hop where dancers build agility, improve coordination, and practice footwork. Students are challenged to learn 8 – 16 count combinations while performing with confidence. Strike a pose!

Level I classes are 50 minutes in length. Unless invited into the studio by the instructor, grown-ups may wait in the hallway or backstage during this class.

This is a Full session private class for Burkes 1st grade and concludes with a stage performance.

$689 | 12 class session

Dates: September 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21, 28, November 4, 18, December 2, 9 (NO class Nov 11, 25)

**Full Session performing classes participate in our Winter Recital on Saturday, December 12. Your session fee includes: recital participation and a CDA stage apparel item.

Performance Location: McKenna Theater, SF State (map)

Performance Time: TBA midway through the session. Please note siblings or dancers in two classes may participate in separate shows.

On performance day, dancers should provide their own:

• black pants
• tan jazz shoes
• hair in a tight ponytail

• This is a private group class and is not open for public registration.
• Priority registration for the following session will be offered to currently enrolled students
• Register only once, duplicate registrations will not receive a full refund
