Fused Glass Tea Lights
Tuition: $50
Ages: 16 to Adult
Create a warm, glowing accent for any space in this engaging fused glass tea light class—perfect for both beginners and experienced fusers.
In this hands-on workshop, students will design and create a custom glass piece that will be slumped over a stainless steel mold to form a beautiful tea light holder. You’ll learn essential fused glass techniques, including cutting and arranging glass, layering for depth, and working with frit to add color, texture, and detail.
Beginners will be guided step-by-step through the process, while more seasoned fusers will have the freedom to explore their creativity and experiment with design elements. Whether you prefer soft, subtle tones or bold, vibrant patterns, this class offers the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
Your finished project will be kiln-fired and ready to pick up after firing, transforming your design into a functional work of art that casts a beautiful glow when lit.
Please come 1/2 hour early if you have not cut glass before, and I will give you a quick lesson.
*Please wear closed toed shoes
