Kriskindlmarkt at CFSOTA

This is the vendor application for our fifteenth annual KRISKINDLMARKT! As you know, this event is a festive, European-style Christmas Market in Clifton Forge, VA. The event will feature holiday entertainment, delicious German-inspired food and beverages, and artisan vendors with high-quality products.

We strive to have high-quality artisans and crafters, whose products must be handmade by the vendor. We do not allow products that are "mass produced" or not designed by the vendor. Vendors who do not honor this will not be invited back for a future Kriskindlmarkt event.

Friday, November 20, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION: This vendor registration is fully online and is open until August 1st.

This year we will require a $15 Jury fee at checkout to submit your application for review. After the deadline, vendors will then be juried and notified if accepted.

If you are unable to complete the online registration, you can call or come by the CFSOTA office (Tuesday through Friday 10am-4pm, or later by appointment) and we can help process your registration.

VENDOR FEES: The following are fees for vendor spaces if you are approved. We will send payment requests to approved vendors which will be due by September 26th.

• $185 for large space (Approximately 10'x10'. Indoor spaces vary depending on location)
• $135 for small space (Approximately 7'x8'. Indoor spaces vary depending on location)
• $135 for Outside Space (10'x10' space outside of the mill on our concrete pad, you must provide your own weighted tent)
• $200 for Food Vendor space (Made-to-order hot food, 10'x10' outside space with access to electricity)

VENDOR SPACES: Spaces are somewhat varied in size and shape due to the irregular nature of the building. The main vendor spaces this year will be laid out in the CFSOTA Mill, as well as a few outside the Mill. Many spaces do not have side access because they are adjacent to the next vendor space.

Please note any electrical needs in your registration. We will have the ability to heat the indoor space and plan to keep the ambient temperature in the low 60s; personal heaters are not allowed indoors. SETTING UP: Time slots for unloading will be assigned! The times for unloading near the event area will be assigned within these hours: Thursday, November 19, 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday, November 20, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. You can request a time range in your online registration.

VENDOR AGREEMENT:

1. Completed online vendor registration is due by August 1st. If approved as a vendor, payment must be received by September 26th to reserve your space.

2. Indoor vendors may have access to electricity. If you plan to use electricity, you will need to provide your own extension cord and/or power strip. Lights must be LED/energy efficient so as not to overload our system. Battery-powered lighting is another great option!

3. Vendor must provide their own tables, table covers, and other display items including lighting. Outside Vendors must provide their own weighted tents.

4. Vendor selling any type of food product MUST carry their own liability insurance and must have a Servsafe certified person on site.

5. Vendor understands there will be no refund of the jury fee or vendor space fee. Due to the selection process, vendors who fail to attend the event will not be considered for future events.

6. Vendor must remain with their inventory (or have someone cover for them) during all open hours until the event ends on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.

7. Vendor agrees that neither The Clifton Forge Company, DBA Clifton Forge School of the Arts, nor its agents or employees, shall be liable for any damage to the property of or for the loss of any business to the exhibitor, or for any loss of the exhibitor by theft, damage by fire or other means, or for injuries to the exhibitor, its employees, agents, customers, or guests arising from any cause or matter whatsoever.
