Sport Dog Fitness- This class will meet every other Friday

In this four week class you will learn how to condition your sport dog for the demands of high impact sports that require turns at speed such as agility, flyball, bite sports and disk. Sports like tracking, nosework, and dock diving have their own unique challenges and will also be addressed. Sport specific programs that improve strength, proprioception, stability and mobility can reduce the risk of injury and help your dog live their best quality of life for as long as possible. This fun course will not only strengthen your dog’s body, but your relationship with you as well.
