This class will be a skill building experience for students who would like to learn more about stage acting. We will work on stage presence, improvisation skills, collaborating as an ensemble, expression, movement, character portrayal, and much more. It will be fast paced, hands on, lots of fun, and will prepare students to shine onstage in theatrical performances. We will not be rehearsing for a big performance this semester, as this is primarily a skill-building class. However, there will be a Spring semester class dedicated to preparing for a play performance then.

Students need to be able to read lines aloud, as well as possess a willingness to participate in all group activities.
