In this course, an expert instructor will teach you how to use Rovo to find, learn, and act on information.

You will also learn how to use plain language to find information from your organization’s apps and connected tools. You will also see examples of helpful ways to use Rovo and explore ideas for using Rovo themselves.

• This course is designed for beginner Rovo users.
• There are no prerequisites for this course.

After this course, you will be able to:

• Create high-quality prompts for Rovo
• Create or improve all types of content with Rovo
• Use Rovo Deep Research to investigate, make sense of data, and more
• Determine which tasks are best for a Rovo Agent
• Find and build Rovo Agents to simplify repeatable work and solve problems
• Chat with Rovo Agents
• Build simple automations

Logistics:

• Each participant will receive:
  • Access to an individual Atlassian Cloud learning environment for at least one month after the course.
  • An Atlassian lab workbook designed for this course.
• Within 1 business day of registering, Sketch will send you a calendar invitation with the Zoom link for the live virtual session.
• Cloud learning environments will be distributed within 1 week of the scheduled course, and lab workbooks come with the calendar invitation.
• The course schedule includes a 45-minute break and several 10-minute breaks throughout the day.
