In this introductory course, an expert instructor will teach you how to create and share ideas, preserve knowledge, and collaborate in a centralized place.

You'll also learn how to navigate Confluence, save time with Rovo, and manage permissions so your team can view and edit everything they need to access and nothing they don’t.

This course is designed for beginner Confluence users. There are no prerequisites for this course.

After this course, your team will be able to:

• Navigate Confluence
• Organize content effectively
• Create, edit, and collaborate on pages and live docs
• Generate and enhance content with Rovo
• Search for content and information
• Publish, update, and share content
• Set permissions
• Bring content from other apps to Confluence using Smart Links and keep all your work in one place
• Enhance pages and live docs with rich content, Smart Links, and basic macros
• Create a whiteboard
• Use Rovo to generate content in whiteboards

Logistics:

• Each participant will receive:
  • access to an individual Atlassian Cloud learning environment for at least one month after the course.
  • an Atlassian lab workbook designed for this course.
• Within 1 business day of registering, Sketch will send you a calendar invitation for the live virtual session.
• Cloud learning environments will be distributed within 1 week of the scheduled course, and lab workbooks come with the calendar invitation.
• The course schedule includes a 45-minute break and several 10-minute breaks throughout the day.
