Colleen Reynolds CRME Exploring Watercolor

This 2.5-day workshop, Spontaneous Watercolor with Colleen, will be held July 15-17, 2026.

Teaching will be geared toward beginner to intermediate students of watercolor. In this 2 1/2-day workshop, you will learn my spontaneous method for watercolor, including pouring on the paint. We will start with an image, dilute watercolor pigment and splash and/or pour the first layer of value, then "find" our subject with traditional watercolor methods for subsequent value layers. As always, Colleen will also address color temperature, value, and pigment properties as you have fun pouring, splashing, inking and creating meaningful images. Join me. Students bring their own supplies.

Refund policy: Since registration reserves a seat in this exclusive workshop, payments are generally not refundable without a replacement student. Students may cancel their registration and notify the organizer of a replacement student's name and contact information. In this case, recouping payment will be between the original registrant and the replacement. A student may request a refund for a cancelled registration from the organizer, Colleen Reynolds. If the workshop has reached capacity enrollment, a waitlist will be automatically generated. If a waitlist attendee takes the cancelled seat, a refund will be issued, using the same method for payment, less the online payment fee of $7, if applicable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations occuring within one week of the event start date.
