The instructor will use real-world business scenarios to teach you tips and best practices to ensure your success as a Jira administrator.

After completing this course, you can continue your Jira administration education with Jira Administration part 2.

This course is designed for new Jira administrators who manage Jira or Jira Service Management.

Before taking this course, we suggest you take Onboard to Jira, or have a basic knowledge of Jira.

  • access to an individual Atlassian Cloud learning environment for at least one month after the course.
  • an Atlassian lab workbook designed for this course.
• Within 1 business day of registering, Sketch will send you a calendar invitation for the live virtual session.
• Cloud learning environments will be distributed within 1 week of the scheduled course, and lab workbooks come with the calendar invitation.
• The course schedule includes a 45-minute break and several 10-minute breaks throughout the day.
