We are excited to begin our regional planning for including K-12 Media Coordinators, recognized as a critical group for inclusion on our Industry in Schools program.

Goals for this event:

  • Engage with and understand the diversity of careers in our region that require a strong STEM background
  • Investigate current and emerging trends & technologies in STEM education
  • Align and integrate regional industry clusters and context for the NC School Library Media Standards.
  • Develop a regional teacher leadership cohort focused on creating supportive regional networks and instructional support strategies contextualized by regional industry clusters.
