80% of You explores vulnerability as a performance tool — learning how uncertainty, risk, and emotional honesty can create stronger connection on stage. Through guided exercises and scene exploration, performers will practice letting go of control and bringing more of themselves into the work instead of “performing.” The goal isn’t to give everything away — it’s to stop holding back the 80% that actually matters.
About Karla Dingle
Karla Dingle is a neurodiverse and disabled actor, improviser, and teaching artist. She serves as the Education Director at Queen City Comedy and Artistic Director of the Dingle Drama Repertory Company. Her work blends acting and improv to help performers access emotional truth, deepen listening, and respond instinctually through vulnerability, connection, and whole-body presence.
