DESIGN SUBMISSION & PUBLISHING AS AN INDEPENDENT DESIGNER – A peek into the making industry.

In this session, we’ll touch on what it means to be a hand knit and crochet designer today. There is a broad range in process and ways to publishing your work. This session will give you some insight into the industry from one designer’s perspective. Join us if you’re interested to know more about the industry, for the love of it, or if you have the desire to publish patterns and would like to understand a bit more about the process to get you going. 

Skill Level: none. All maker-curious knitters and crocheters welcome.

Materials Required: Note pad and pen (optional). Recording of the session (voice/video) is prohibited.

Homework: none.

Because this class is running during our Knit In Public event, we request that you park away from the front of the store if at all possible to keep spaces in front of the store open for other customers. Parking is available on the street (Athabascan Ave) and in behind the County Clothesline store.
