Flameworking: Make your own Mini Glass Dinosaurs (Private for Cathrine)

In this intro class we'll dive into the wonders of Flameworking and learn to melt glass with a bench-top torch. For an hour, our studio will be transformed into the Jurassic.

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who has ever wanted to dip their toes into the world of hot glass. During this hour and a half class you will learn the fundamentals of lampworking and make your own glass creations to take home.

Your instructor will provide up-close demonstrations, give step by step instruction and provide all equipment and materials. All you need to bring is your creativity!

How to prepare for class:

Wear comfortable clothes, nothing dangling or loose fitting, closed toed shoes are required and long hair must be pulled back.

Anyone who may need glasses; consider wearing contacts if you are able, or the smallest/thinnest frames you own. We will be wearing specialized eyewear throughout this class.

Keep in mind: if it is hot or cold outside, it will be the same in the studio as we are in a ventilated space.
