Continuing on the Pottery Wheel

Continuing on the Pottery Wheel Workshop!

All about shaping! Students will be learning new techniques on shaping cylinders by collaring or stretching the clay into rounded vessels. Much of shaping can be done when trimming, the instructor will demonstrate how this can be done and students will then experience these more in depth trimming techniques.

This class continues the process of throwing on the pottery wheel. A great course to take if students have finished the 6 week workshop, taken previous 2 part classes (bowls, plates...etc) or have experience throwing. Students must be able to center their own clay.

$225, includes clay, glazes and firings.
