Drawing Basics
Tuition: $275, plus $25 for a materials bundle paid to the instructor or you may provide your own materials (recommended materials shown below)
Materials: Drawing Pencils (H, 2B, 4B), kneaded eraser, 9x12 sketchbook with at least 50 sheets, 1 sheet Canson Mi-Teintes letter size in light color, 2 pieces presentation board (15x20)
Ages: 16 to Adult
Drawing Basics is a 6-session course that explores practical techniques to elevate your pencil artwork. We will explore the use of line, shading, and composition, and strategies to accurately translate what you see into confident drawings. This course also covers how to professionally mount and display a finished piece.
The last session concludes with a small gallery show open to friends and family in the CFSOTA gallery.
