An experience to support leading yourself well, and for you to take greater vitality into your weekend…and the week ahead.

Re-BALANCE, Re-ALIGN and INTEGRATE your week with:

  • supportive flowing Dru Yoga movements
  • energy-block-release sequences
  • visualisation and breathing practices
  • deep relaxation and restoration
  • a reflective (solitary) creative activity (in our community garden or chapel)

Cultivate seasonal tools you can use for life and enjoy a re-charge in the sacred first Chapel of McLaren Vale; claim space, quiet and “pause”, as much as you wish throughout the session…

Create a meeting with your SELF and improve your physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

All abilities welcome and all materials supplied (you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and journal if you wish). Juice, chai, herbal tea and snacks will be served.

Come when it works…or come monthly, fortnightly or weekly.

We welcome you to our rustic State Heritage place (1841), a site for cultural and ecological regeneration. We are a privately owned public place, oriented towards offerings that create opportunities for connection with Self, each other and the land around us…

*Private restoratives and group sessions available by request: glorymclarenvale@gmail.com
