Intro to Meteorology Science Unit Study

From thrilling storms and calming rains to heat waves and cold snaps, explore all the ways things keep growing and changing on our Earth in this engaging science unit. We will explore the sun's energy, the water cycle, and atmospheric conditions that drive daily forecasts and long-term climate patterns. We will be using The Good & The Beautiful: Weather & Water as the spine for this class. Although this is a faith based curriculum, the class is not.

Students will complete the Student Journal for grades 7-8, create a timeline of important weather history and events along with several hands-on experiments and projects.

This is a 10 week unit study and will change to The Good & The Beautiful: Geology in January.
