STEM East

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the STEM East Summer Symposiums!

The STEM East Summer Symposiums bring together educators, school and district leaders, counselors, workforce development professionals, community partners, and industry representatives from across Eastern North Carolina to strengthen classroom-to-career connections and better align education with regional workforce needs.

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with educators and educational leaders, share information about your organization, showcase career pathways within your industry, and build meaningful partnerships that support student success and workforce development.

Exhibit Hall participants are encouraged to provide interactive displays, hands-on activities, demonstrations, career information, and resources that help educators connect real-world career opportunities to classroom learning.

Registration Fee- The exhibitor registration fee is $100 per organization.

Organizations partnering with STEM East by hosting an industry tour, sponsoring a meal, or providing STEM kits for participating educators will receive a complimentary exhibit space. Eligible partners may use the discount code STEMEAST2026 during registration to waive the exhibitor fee.
