Skateboarding Summer Camp (3-Day Camp)
Project Rad Summer Skate Camp – Grovenor (Ages 6–14)
Project Rad Summer Skate Camp is a full-day outdoor program for young skaters ready to spend three days doing what they love—skateboarding, creating, competing, and soaking up summer with other kids who get it.
This camp is designed for kids who can already stand and roll independently on a skateboard. We mix guided skate sessions with free skate time, team challenges, creative activities, and outdoor fun in a structured, supervised environment. It's a full summer camp experience built around skateboarding culture.
What Kids Will Experience
Participants will rotate through:
- Guided skateboarding sessions with skill stations and age-appropriate challenges
- Independent free skate time to practice, explore, and skate at their own pace
- Splash park time to cool off and have fun
- Team competitive scavenger hunts across the park
- Fingerboard obstacle building craft sessions
- Age-specific creative crafts (different projects for ages 6–9 and 10–14)
- Age-specific social strategy games (tailored to each group's energy and play style)
- Fingerboarding jams and competitions
- Stretching, mobility work, and movement breaks
Each child gets 3–4 hours of total skate time throughout the day. The day is structured into 1-hour activity blocks so kids stay engaged without burning out. Age groups (6–9 and 10–14) are kept separate during skate sessions to ensure everyone is with peers at a similar skill and energy level.
