Christian Walking Club

Fort William is a very up and coming and fashionable Highland town. It has a number of facilities and caters for the discerning holiday maker as well as walkers and sailors. Nearby, is the iconic Ben Nevis and this will be an option on one of the better days of the week if that is an incentive for you to join us; people new to Scotland or CWC are particularly welcome.

Walks will be offered at all grades and you can be sure you will be well catered for on this event, there are many other attractions that can be visited by train or on local buses. We will have the opportunity to climb Munros, Corbetts and possibly Grahams. If bagging is not your bag then we will also offer more moderate walks that do not include alot of height. Booking early is important as venues do fill up very quickly in Scotland hence this early website submission.

Plenty of time to consider your options as booking open on 1st Sept 2026 but you can book your accommodation in advance of that. This date is earlier than the May bank holiday week too to allow for better costings of venues. Please indicate your interest before the booking system opens on 1st Sept so I can monitor numbers. This is a first draft of this event to allow for a level playing field for booking venues in advance. However,the information is correct in essence.
