Playing with our Feelings and Rituals
Who is allowed to be angry about injustice? In this workshop, we will explore our relationships to anger and how we might use that anger as a tool for activism. The workshop will feature a couple of playful interventions to explore anger. In one intervention, participants can playtest the two-player game Nine-Tenths of the Law, where one player plays as an angry ghost and the other plays a medium. This table-top roleplaying game explores anger in the face of oppression. In another, participants may also express their anger about the “gaslighting, the lying, the cheating, the abuse” they have endured from the US by writing it a break-up letter. Join us for a night with playing with our feelings!
This workshop meets at The Prototype Lab, 545 Columbia Rd (next to The Strand Theatre).
