During this 8-week program, participants will learn how to use formal meditation practices:
  • Learn how to anchor the breath
  • Strengthen mind-body connection and explore visualization practices.
  • Relax your mind and body
  • Soften into the present moment and lower anxiety
  • Connect with like-minded folks in a safe-space
This group requires access to an internet connected device (desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone) and pre-registration is required.
